We are thrilled to offer twelve vibrant dance bands, each with their own unique style and repertoire. As well as a litany of ceremony music, specialty curated ensembles & celebrity entertainment.

Jim Eppolito
Jim Eppolito's unwavering passion for live music has been the driving force behind the incredible success of West Coast Music for more than three decades. With a clear vision in mind, he set out to establish a music services business that would not only meet but exceed the record industry standards of quality & reliability. Through sheer dedication to excellence, Jim has transformed West Coast Music into a nationally renowned, full-service production company that is synonymous with exceptional live music experience.
Jim connects with each discerning client by uniquely translating their music preferences into the most “appropriately cast” music ensemble or band, then organizing and scripting the evening so that the music program significantly enhances the event - interfacing with food service, speakers or other presentations.

Kelly Ross
Talent & Travel Manager
Kelly contracts & manages all our West Coast Music talent. He is also responsible for coordinating and managing all travel logistics when our performers work out of town events. Kelly has been with West Coast Music over a decade.
Tracy Koven
Director of Operations
Tracy oversees the daily operations of West Coast Music including contracting all local events, addendums, invoicing and final billing. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Tracy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
